US.

A lot of chefs went to school, had a mentor, went through years of training. I didn’t have that luxury. I ate so much as a kid, my mom couldn’t keep up with my metabolism. I had to get in the kitchen at a very young age and teach myself how to make the foods I wanted. The older I got, the more I was in that kitchen, the more I fell in love with cooking. I love creating something that other people enjoy and crave more of. Yes, there are thousands of restaurants, hundreds of food businesses but when you eat with GOODEATS216 you will taste my love, my passion, and my grind in every bite.
